Yesterday, before weightlifting (which I did for an hour and fifteen minutes), I played tennis for 45 minutes with D.

Today, I can hardly lift my legs enough to walk forward, or my right arm enough to take notes in class.

I feel awesome! But I also feel pretty tired, and awfully sore. And annoyed that I've been doing this for almost eight weeks now and still don't have a flat stomach ;).
