Inspired

I am really loving some of the intricately designed mehndi-inspired wedding cakes I've been finding lately. This one is by Nicole Kokotilo, "The Original Canadian Mehndi Cake Artist". If only my wedding were in Canada. :)

I wonder if the woman I'm hoping to get my cake from could do something similar? I'm thinking a white or cream fondant "background," with black (or some shade of green) "mehndi" designs. I don't think I'd ask for anything quite this detailed, but I sure do love looking at it!
