I guess 20 weeks is my absolute burn-out point? So I decided to try something new (to me): Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred. I've heard so many people raving about it, and at $6.49 I just figured it was worth a shot. Anything to get me out of this flabby-garbage feeling rut!
I'm about to try it now, for the first time. Wish me luck!
